Christina Huss uses her expansive knowledge from the classroom to compose works that are not only entertaining to an audience, but attainable to students of all ages. As a 40 year veteran band and music teacher, and teaching at both the high school and middle school levels, Ms. Huss has become passionate about writing music that addresses the needs of young, developing musicians.

Christina’s music can currently be found published through Excelcia Music, Randall Standridge Music and Carl Fischer Music Publishing companies. Her original works for band have been featured on Bandworld Magazine’s Top 100, J.W. Pepper Music's Editor's Choice, Stanton Music's Five Star Features, All-State evaluation lists, as well as numerous state contest lists and events, such as the Midwest Band and Orchestra Clinic in Chicago, IL.
